Processing Time All items at VIP Crafts by Bridget are handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Times Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location and carrier.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. We will do our best to assist you.
