At VIP Crafts by Bridget, every item is handmade to order with love and care. Because of the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
Store Credit If there is an issue with your order (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), please reach out to us at bridget@vipcraftsbybridget.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will be happy to work with you to issue store credit toward a future purchase.
Custom & Personalized Orders All custom and personalized orders are final sale. Please double-check all spelling, colors, and details before submitting your order, as we begin production shortly after purchase.
Shipping Issues We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local post office or the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
